Shipping policy

When will my record ship?

Shipping estimates/updates are posted on the shipping tab of this website. All socials are regularly updated with this information as well.

What happens if my record arrives damaged?

It depends on the extent of the damage. If it is something minor like a bent/dinged corner, sleeve/seam split, or slight a warp, we cannot provide a replacement as we do not print extra sleeves and have few extra records. That type of damage is caused by USPS's handling of your package, which we have no control over.

However, if your record comes in looking like someone took a bat to it, email us at transferofpowerrecords@gmail.com with the subject "Damaged Record". Make sure to include photos of the damage, and your order number. Let us know within 1-2 days of receiving your order, otherwise you will not be eligible for a replacement. Also, please include in your email if you'd prefer a replacement of the same variant (if available), any variant available, or store credit.

I'm located outside of the USA. Will I have to pay duties, import taxes, or customs fees?

Unfortunately, international shipments may be subject to duties, import taxes, and customs fees. Transfer of Power Records is not responsible for collecting or paying these fees. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over how much will be due and cannot provide reimbursement. That being said, we are actively looking for a partner that can help ship these products to you without it costing an arm and a leg.
